Thousands of cards in the QSL Museum archive are being meticulously transferred to digital format. Each one is carefully scanned, organized, and subjected to a detailed review before being recorded in the archive system.

QSL cards are separated by prefix and theme
All QSL cards are first separated according to prefixes. They are then categorized according to their themes.

Archived QSL cards are queued for scanning
QSL cards are placed in order for scanning. 2 Canon CanoScan LiDE 400 scanners are used for scanning. The cards are scanned single-sided or double-sided in high quality.

The cards are named and optimized before being added to the website
The scanned cards are named according to QSO dates, the people making the QSO, and details. The images are optimized and finalized for addition to the website.
